Serving temperature

We recommend tasting it not too cold, between 10 and 12ºC; at this temperature, it will allow us to appreciate all the aromatic characteristics derived from the variety itself.

L’Apical ParaRoques Rosat 2020 és la parella de ball perfecte per embotits, aliments fumats com el salmó, marisc, samfaina, formatges cremosos, i tot tipus d’entrants freds com pasta, amanides, steak tartar, o cuina oriental. La seva presumible frescor, acidesa i sequedat, el converteix també en un vi ideal per a prendre a copes. Gran capacitat per netejar boca gràcies a la seva bona acidesa i sequedat.
